| Shipping And Handling All orders above £250 are shipped free within the UK.Orders under £250 are shipped within the UK at £2.50 per item.Orders are shipped Royal Mail.For next day delivery, please contact us at info@lecol.net. We will do our best to ensure your items reach you when you want them. Special Delivery (next day) is £13.45 and £9.95 for orders over £50.For customers outside the U.K mainland the carriage cost will be automatically calculated and added to your order. | Delivery Schedule All orders are normally despatched the day after receipt of order. U.K. orders are generally received in 5 to 7 business days. International orders are generally received in 7 days. All goods ordered on a next day service must be placed before 1.00 pm to guarantee next day delivery. |

| Returns Policy We want you to be delighted every time you shop with Le Col. Occasionally though, we know you may want to return items. Please note, in order to keep our returns system smooth and efficient, all returns must be pre-notified. Please email us before you send the package so we are aware your return is on it's way. When we receive your return, we are then prepared for a fast turn-around. We have a 'No Quibble' policy. We accept the return of items, but only if they are in their original (new) condition. If you return goods, as detailed, within 14 days, we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item, or replacement goods if requested. Postage costs will not be refunded - see below.Return Postage:If you are returning an item because of an error on our part or because it is defective, we will be happy to refund 1st class post charges. If items are returned for a straight exchange due to change of style/colour a further postage and package charge will be made. Defective Goods:Faulty or defective goods may be returned for replacement with the same (or similar) product. This excludes normal wear and tear and incorrect application.
